All referrals are processed within 2 business days.

Does Fatherhood Revisited accept Medicaid?2026-05-22T17:27:41-04:00

Yes. We accept Ohio Medicaid. Insurance providers that we accept are Caresource, UnitedHealth Care,  Buckeye Health, Molina, Paramount, and Aetna. We will need your Medicaid number at the time of intake.

How quickly will I be assigned to work with someone?2026-05-22T17:27:45-04:00

It is the goal of this agency to assign someone within one week. If this is not possible, the person, parent/guardian will be notified.
