A Foundation You Can Build On.

We help individuals and families overcome challenges through high-quality, person-centered care — because strong communities start with supported people and resilient families.

| OUR STORY

Rooted in Cincinnati.
Built for This Community.

Cornerstone Community Health — formerly Fatherhood Revisited — started with a mission to reconnect fathers with their children and grew as families showed up with needs beyond fatherhood programming. Today, we deliver a full spectrum of behavioral health services across Greater Cincinnati — from psychiatric support and case management to therapy, life coaching, and youth resiliency programming.
Our name changed. Our mission never did.

| OUR MISSION

More Than Care. A Commitment.

Our Mission

We deliver accessible, high-quality behavioral health services that strengthen individuals, families, and communities — because lasting change starts one person at a time.

Our Vision

To transform and break down barriers to empower families to achieve overall wellness and create resiliency.

| OUR APPROACH

Personalized. Strategic. Results-Driven.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Our approach is rooted in understanding the whole person — their history, their strengths, and their goals — and building a care plan that reflects that.

Individual & Group Therapy

Licensed therapists provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral health conditions.

Family Involvement

We recognize that healing happens within relationships. Family members are welcomed as partners in the care process whenever appropriate.

Addictions Counseling

Recovery-focused counseling that addresses substance use disorders through individualized treatment plans, peer support, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Life Coaching

Goal-oriented coaching that helps individuals clarify their vision, overcome obstacles, develop actionable plans, and create meaningful forward momentum.
