Who provides case management services?
All services are provided by trained, supervised direct staff who meet the full requirements of Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services, including background checks and ongoing supervision.
Is this covered by Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Ohio Medicaid and are contracted with CareSource, Anthem, Humana, Molina, United Health, Amerihealth Caritas, Buckeye, OhioRise, Aetna, and Paramount. Self-pay options are also available and discussed before intake.
Who can make a referral?
Service providers, parents and guardians, adult clients, school administrators and counselors, courts, child protective services, and care management entities (CMEs) can all submit referrals.
Where do sessions take place?
Primarily in the community — wherever is most practical and meaningful for you. Sessions can also occur in the home or at our offices based on your preference and needs.
How often will I meet with my case manager?
At a minimum, once per week for at least 90 minutes. Many clients work with their case manager for extended periods as needs evolve. Scheduling is determined collaboratively between you and your case manager.
