Is Fatherhood Revisited community or office based?
We are both. We primarily work within the community.
How quickly will I be assigned to work with someone?
It is the goal of this agency to assign someone within one week. If this is not possible, the person, parent/guardian will be notified.
Does Fatherhood Revisited accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Ohio Medicaid. Insurance providers that we accept are Caresource, UnitedHealth Care, Buckeye Health, Molina, Paramount, and Aetna. We will need your Medicaid number at the time of intake.
How long does it take for a referral to be processed?
All referrals are processed within 2 business days.
